So when gas was eeking towards and over $4/gallon I got pretty interested in building a better commuter bicycle. It is a nice 12 mile ride from my house to the station, the only problem is that my bagpipes are mighty heavy to lug with me. What were you riding to work? would a rear rack not have sufficed?

a) the problem with a non-pro ver of LJ is that you have to have the pic hosted somewhere to post it. I think I have fixed it

b) nah, bagpipes in case are about 3'x2' and I have other gear (food, clothes etc) that I also need to take.

Oh, LJ should still host pictures. When you're posting, click on Rich Text for a much better editor and the ability to upload pictures.
