When I'm awake, I often can't stand the thought of sleeping. It's a little like a child who feels that as soon as he falls asleep, he's going to miss that one magical moment that only happens during sleep.

I'm exactly the same. I don't want to fall asleep in case I miss something but as soon as I'm there, I never want to wake again.

Some days I am sad. Usually more and more the closer it gets toward the end of the month.

If we have a picnic, will we never have to wake?

I am so the same way. I hate going to bed and stay up too late, but once I'm sleeping I never want to get up. It's really hard for me to transition. And when I'm depressed I just want to sleep all the time.
