A morning surprise when the selected few juniors joined seniors trg this morning. although there were great and distinct amounts of pull back whenever we rowed sets, i could feel the juniors trying and pushing hard tgt with us. indeed, they have the potential. definitely hope that the number either maintain or increase.

yea, it was damn bad okay. estimate 20-30mins? totally train my leg endurance! they even had to start trg without me! :(

hahaha....grosssss..why wld u even let the whole world know abt constipation? yes...u need to drink heaps of water and bulk up on fibre! or drink yakult! but not tooo much of cause! haha...eh...kinda think abt it, squating and shitting at the same time builds leg muscles! hahaha.....:p take it as a work out session of both peristalsis to help ya get that poop out, and working out of the hamstring muscles! :p

ok..gross...now i'm being worst than you. =D no wonder we're besties! wah haha...

actually, i don't think i'll need that working out of the hamstring muscles if i'm trg like 4 times a week using my legs too right! that's excessive! and oh my poor ankle too! lol.
