Wellington's Victory
Considered Beethoven's worst major work, it is extremely hokey but incorporates gratifying amounts of firepower. You simply need to devise a way for our heroes to be drafted to "play" the cannon part.
[Edit--When the London Symphony Orchestra recorded it in 1960, they used "a pair of 6-pound cannon and a 12- pound howitzer, along with French and British muskets." So there would be a part for Sharpe's Rifles, too...*grin*]
