Have you read the thread on HPANA on which the song "Free Percy" is based? The theory is that, while living with the Weasleys, Wormtail took the place of Percy Weasley. I forget the details, but somehow the real Percy is supposed to have landed himself under the floor boards of the hall in Malfoy Manor. Reading the theory is an amusing way to waste one's time.
