Hmm, had to listen to it a few times to figure out what it said, exactly.

"I lost a bet with McGonagell and now I have to speak like this for a forthnight. The first dunderhead who laughs will be a newt for a very long time, I assure you."

Something like that. I adjusted mine so that it pronounced the words more carefully. For instance, I wrote "Hawgwarts, school of Witchcrawft and Wizardri". You can even give it a cool accent that way!

Then I tried making it speak Danish. That was no success, let me tell you.

That is precisely what it said, yes. Though I'd have spelled McGonagal's name correctly. And fortnight. Unfortunately, the only accents available were American and Scottish, which is why I chose the Scot. Merlin forbid I might sound like an American.
