Dear Mr. Snape,

I have already broken all my new year's resolutions. You often speak of discipline -- how do you control your urges?

Pain, Bondage and Humilation, eh? It sounds like you're describing a night with The Dark Lord or Mr. Malfoy.

What they do is none of my affair. Not that there's anything wrong with it.

Of course not. :)

true enough... though I don't think I'd enjoy such an evening with The Dark Lord, or the Elder Malfoy...

But if you offered me a night of Proper Discipline with pain and bondage (I can do without the humilation, though I suspect you are quite good at it...) I might very well take you up on it. ;) *que meaningless flirting that Pixis are good at*

How do I control my urges? By not having any.

I find it difficult to believe you have no urges at all. You have control over all of them, without a doubt. But to claim their absence entirely? I call shenanigans.

I am not surprised you find it difficult. There is much about me you could never understand. The fact that you do not believe it does not make it any the less true.

If I do not understand something it's not for lack of trying. More information would certainly be helpful in this area...care to elucidate?

I don't believe in Santa Cause or the Easter Bunny either. Does this mean they exist?

Your lack of logic is astounding. Do try to keep up. The fact that you do not believe I have no urges does not make it any the less true. This has nothing to do with the mythologies of Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny.

Two sample syllogisms:

1) If A = B and B = C then A = C
2) If A is true and A = B, then B is true.

What you consider a syllogism: "If A is true then B is true."

Given the lack of rigor in your thinking, is it any wonder I do not feel the need to explain myself to you?

That is actually some brilliant advice! Cept I think I'll hit my Mother instead of myself, as I'm not the one who smokes.

Thanks Prof... I mean Mr. Snape!

Wow, I'm sure glad that I don't WANT to control my urges.

A hedonist instead of a submissive? I am pleased to have a little variety in my readership.
