So my first wine production enterprise is now underway. If all goes well I should have at least six bottles of sweet, strong white wine. Samples will be provided.
well I'm not doing anything fancy, so I'll just do the general, all purpose primary and second fermentation. The lengthiness of this process was explained to me in a relatively ambiguous way, but it should be somewhere between two and six months from now until bottling. After that don't expect me to do any more aging.
