a force in the universe conspired to keep me from comic-con on saturday. I know this because as i left my car to board the port authority bus i threw out my back. as i write this now i am still incapable of turning left. it took a great deal of advil/alleve/tylenol/midol/aspirin/whisky to keep me running all day but i persevered.
