Thank you guys. personally, reading this with fresh eyes, i feel i stretched too far with this one. originally i had just a single couplet, "my sugar mama, you will see, is really quite refined, from sugar cane and sugar beets and other sweets i find" and it kept rattling in my brain, but i've never been the sort to present a single couplet as anything worth inspection. still, that couplet makes me happier than the larger work i've posted. i think this is going back into the works in progress bin.
