having major claustrophobia, anxiety disorder, and fear of being choked/smothered REALLY isn't a good combination especially when it happens all at the same time. for the last maybe .. 3 hours, it hurts to breath. my lungs have to work hard to even take one breath. i hate this. and my inhaler doesn't even work that good because i don't have asthma ( Read more... )

You know, you should talk to your Mom about taking non-addictive medicine. YES, benzodiazepenes like Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Valium, etc. are very addictive.

But there are a lot of medicines for anxiety that aren't habit-forming.

In my experience, they don't work as well, but they help.

Me, I like my Ativan. (It's similar to Xanax.) But I only take it when I absolutely have to, so as not to get addicted.

Hey, that sounds horrible whats happening to your hair, o i also read u wanted to put black and pink in your hair? well my hairs already black so i just put pink paint on it :O lol.
