The latest infusion treatment, the one I got on Friday, has been really, really good. I didn't take the benedryl and tylenol they give you beforehand as a standard procedure to head off any bad reactions, and I don't know if that made a difference or my body is just responding super well to the second double-dose treatment or what, but instead of ( Read more... )

I hope so too; I'm feeling hopeful!

The pancakes didn't turn out at ALL, haha. I put milk in the instant batter instead of water because you put milk in pancakes made from scratch, right? Of course you can put it in instant pancakes! Well, no, actually, you can't. I guess something in the instant mix doesn't bond to the milk particles the same way; they burned as soon as they touched the pan and crumpled when you tried to pick them up to flip them over. Learn from my mistakes! Water only!

I made a second batch (following the instructions this time!) and they turned out great. No apples in those ones though. :(

Mmmm~ apple pancakes. I miss carbs, haha!

I'm glad this latest infusion was much better! Hopefully your body is getting used to it and it wasn't just a fluke! :)
