I don't want a c-section (which I think I've been pretty clear on). Monday I fully intend to make myself clear to my OBGYN. If and unless there is some certain emergency that would warrant a section (and a long labor, or not progressing doesn't say "emergency" to me) - I'm going to refuse one.

I was lucky with the circumcision thing. My husband was supportive, having a cousin who is uncut, and seeing no need for it, since neither of us is Jewish.
Make it clear beforehand to the doctors and nurses that you are going to breastfeed. I know the ones down here are totally supportive of it. But don't say you want to "try" to breastfeed, say you are "going" to breastfeed. And don't get discouraged if you don't get it right away. It takes a little bit of work to find the right way to get the baby latched on sometimes, but it is totally worth it.

A thought for you - write it down. More for yourself than for them, but if you get flustered, point to bullets. Bonus points for bold lettering and large font. Sometimes being able to look at that piece of paper and remember that you were determined enough to write it down will spark the fire, y'know?
