So, I am now dilated 1 cm - and 50% effaced (which is odd - because I could have sworn that my OB said I was 60% effaced).

Long story - short - Cervadil + Pitocin + Membrane Sweep = Go Home, No Baby

Next time I'm taking snacks - I had no idea they wouldn't let me eat - and I made my boyfriend hide a banana for me in the bathroom. After twelve hours, I was STARVING!

Aww. I'm sorry he won't have the same birthday as your Nana but at least we know he'll come on his own terms. I hated having my membranes sweeped. I hope it wasn't too painful! Glad everything is okay with you and Thomas. *labor vibes*
