No. I can regenerate what I already have. I can't create anything new on myself, unfortunately. I rather like flying.

Perhaps you could find a way to gain more control of your body? Obviously, it can already regenerate. A little tinkering with its map may let it regenerate another part... You could perhaps trick it into thinking it already had wings in the first place.
