With another's assistance, I have obtained wings. With these, at least I can see more of the City...but I have still not determined a way to leave. Until I can, I will simply deal with this place and what it has to offer

Yes. Four of them. They are sadistic creatures who love to inflict curses upon us all. You'll hear them announce something sooner or later.

May I ask what sort of curses they are capable of inflicting? This is the first time I've heard of it.

They can do almost anything, but it usually lasts for only a day. I've seen, so far, many:

Turning adults into children (and vice versa), whether physically or both in mind and body

Creating the illusion of maggots and decay all over one's body

Switching one's gender

Changing one's speech patterns

And many, many, many more. Some are amusing, some are mildly annoying, and some can be frightening to citizens here.

They probably, simply, do not exist as beings to begin with. Just a thought.

I've got absolutely no clue. From what I gather, they don't even seem to stay in the City.

But we could always try to call 'em out!
