Haven't been able to sleep at all lately. Anxious as hell. Trying to self-medicate. Booze / Benadryl. Nothing seems to help. Not even the Benadryl. Two tablets and one hour later and I'm hardly drowsy. Insecure. Angry. Sad. Defeated. Lonely and misunderstood. No. No. Not this feeling again, no. I can't take it.
