Quick! Anybody know CPR?!

After a six-hour long course yesterday, where I spent at least half of the time on the ground with a manikin that had only a head, neck and torso, I believe I officially qualify for certification for adult CPR by the American Red Cross.

And I feel amazing, since it's always seemed like such a scary or foreign thing to think about

Everyone SHOULD take a CPR class. It's been YEARS since I've done it. Well, now I know one of the things I need to add to my list. Good for you for doing it! :)
