So the trip home was good, as always too short and I didn't get to see everyone I wanted to.. but this summer I'm going to be spending a lot of time home. I met up with Jenn and Allison at Pat's Uncle's bar. Was good to see them, I miss my friends.

i feel you on the lack of motivation. having no support from your parents can kill your drive. when you have them telling you that you cant do things you usually want to prove them wrong for being assholes and when they support you its like you feel that if your parents think its good then you could do something with it. when there isnt any response but "oh, thats nice" . . . or "cute hobby" etc etc you end up feeling as if its not a real talent and you cant do anything with it.

on another note. that pic of you guys makes you all look completely high.

i think i know how you feel.. not about the motivation thing because my parents always made me do shit. well mostly sports stuff.. not like my sister now going to like every art camp and whatnot... but i feel like i know a little bit about a lot of different things and i'm equally interested in them all but didn't feel like i could get anywhere.. so i took up a completely new direction and started from scratch.. and now i feel like i know a little bit about nutrition too... but if you pick something and go to school you can pick up the pieces. and if you decide you want to do something else you can either finish what you're doing and get a masters in whatever (because once you have a bachelors you can get a masters in something else i guess? doesnt make sense to me but sure..) or just switch majors.. at least you'd feel like you're doing something meaningful... or you could go out for american idol! haha.. ok.. you'd be more fun to watch then the people they get on there.. but.. its american idol.. soo.. yea
