Update....
For those that actually read my blog, all of us here have had a bad batch of gastro. :-( Not nice, yeah, Ella the little tacka had it too, in fact she is the first one that had it. Poor little one had to go to hospital to get re-hydrated, but hey, we are all okay now

We too had to take Zara to hosp[ital when she got it. Luckily for us, she was the only one who got it.
Did the hospital make Ella suck on a HYDROLITE? Or was she too young for that? They gave Zara one, but she chucked it straight up, but the goodness of it gave her poor little sick body ample goodness to feel slightly better as that night she slept right thru and was heaps better in the morning, altho very pale still.

As for sports people .. god they should get over themselves the world is still spinning if they retire or don't
