it doesn't come in pounds. you get a small vile and you release it somewhere.. its air born, and highley contagious. you could put it in an airport ventilation shaft, and everyone would get it, and then spread it to all the planes, and you could cause terror. you woudln't want to be around anyone that has it, or you'll get it. monkeys spread it really fast.

wow you haven't updated in a really long time!!!!
