i haven't been sleeping very well lately. i tend to wake up somewhere between 4 and 7 and feel the need to blow my nose and have a cough drop. then i go back to sleep, and use this disturbance as an excuse to sleep until around 10 30 instead of like 9. today, i woke up around 6, got up, then went back to bed and slept until 9ish. got up again, and
