I freely admit that as a child I hated Apple for all the wrong reasons. Mostly because *we* had an IBM (clone) and my sucky, less fortunate friends only had a macintosh (hmm, sounds sort of silly now ;). We have a Creative Zen (60gb) which we are very fond of, and which was relatively cheeeeeap. Comments?

Also, what time are your flights?

Creative Zen....sounds like a paradox....I like it. Howze it do with drm, durability and of course customer service? Of course it it's cheap service is less an issue. If crApple had offered me an new dock for 10 euros I wouldn'tve even asked about the waranty.
