As if this post went up as our random email listserve (aka 3 random queers) came to an end.
If it will settle this debate...I will come out as butch. yes, me, the self-proclaimed b.u.t.c.h.

well hm hm, maybe you can pencil me in for a match sometime? my mondays are off limits (i volunteer), so.... wednesdays fridays and saturdays are your prime pick of times. i get off work at 5... maybe i should just call you about this. but youre not allowed to punk out, ok?!?!

some would argue that butch women and trans men are of the same ilk. Not the same, but of close relations. I rarely call myself a "butch woman" because "woman" has never really fit. At the same time, I think I am self loathing enough to ever attempt calling myself a man. So I am butch...neither male nor female but answering to whatever pronoun is used.

thanks. you know i've wondered about that with you, hearing both pronouns used... i dont know why i never bothered to just ask....

and as for squash,
this is very exciting. this saturday im free until 1:00pm, and next saturday for sure. i know we can play at the athletic centre (harbord and spadina) where i work, but you need a membership to access the courts...which would mean we would have to pay for you.

which is doable, but maybe unnecessary...you know anywhere else we could go?

do you want to play at the athletic centre tomorrow and find a more doable option in the future? (do they rent equipment?)

or do you want to research options in the coming week and play for sure next saturday?
