hello darling!
i had sodium citrate sachets which did shag all.. and i let it get worse and worse until i nearly collapsed on the bus with kidney pains!
woops.
doctors have sorted me. antibiotics and urine samples til death.
touch wood i will be cystitis free from now on!
apparently we must always urinate after intercourse.
