I haven't watched any anime for the past season or possibly two seasons, so I didn't think I wanted to go to AX this year. But it's approximately 583 degrees fahrenheit in the North Valley. So I went, and ( this is what I learned: )
I only just started watching Durarara, because they're showing it on the Cartoon Network. Both my daughters watched the Japanese version, and so far they're very pleased with the choices for the English-speaking cast.
Oh, I really hope you like Durarara!! (technically the exclamation marks are part of the title, though that gets awkward when one wants to express excitement through punctuation). It's one of the fandoms I'm casually writing in at the moment; I think I feel inspired to try to finish one story that has been languishing since last year now. And I'm happy to hear your kids like the English cast so far. :)
The beau read somewhere the not-bomb in question turned out to be a crate holding someone's steampunk Optimus Prime costume...? I hope this is true, because, well. Because it just ought to be!
