so i have a cough, it's really annoying. more specifically, its really annoying at 5:20 in the morning when i'm trying to sleep but cannot.  someone told me to swallow a spoon of honey, very similar to a spoon full of sugar.  it worked. i fell back asleep, and didnt cough anymore. i am a fan.

i had a long beach today. jacqueline introduced it to me, and bought it for me. i've never had one before, it was good. think: long island ice tea, but cranberry juice instead of coke.
