I got babies!

So last night I get home from work and look into my little fish tank. All of a sudden I see a tiny little thing swim frantically away from my Platty. I look closer.... and I now see it's a baby fishy! Then it hits me harder... the female guppy I bought on Friday is having babies (fry is the technical term). I then begin to get really stressed

was the fish with child when you bought it? I never saw a fish give birth o.0

It had to be preggo because their gestation period is about a month! I read that she'll have babies several times off of that one fertilization :x I need a bigger tank, definitely lol.

My guppies breed like crazy and I don't use a birthing tank at all.. no need to. I've read that the bigger fish usually eat the babies but I never ever had that problem. Btw never ever buy fish at walmart. I bought one placostomus and a week later all of my fish are gone. They all died. :/
