i keep hearing about the problem in Iraq. they don't know how to rebuild Iraq and the economy there and apparently they feel obligated to since they bombed their kids and such. anyway, i came up with an idea

because cannibalism causes fucked up diseases and if you're too poor to eat you're too poor to pay for medical expenses, so what then? taxes. we get fucked in the end. what a shitty idea.
