Pumpkin bread/cake recipe

This is actually a recipe for bread, but I put it into a cake pan and it turned out fine (it's a heavy cake).

Mix together
1 C.          Pumpkin puree
1/2 C.      oil (or applesauce)
1 1/3 C.   sugar (but I only used 2/3 cup sugar)
2               eggs

In a separate bowl mix:
1 1/2 C    flour
1/2 t.        baking powder
1/2 t.        baking soda
to taste

Thanks! I'm going to give it a try next week. I've been making zucchini bread so much lately that we're all sick of it. This will be a nice change.
