so it looks like this chicago thing is gonna work out after all. but....gotta DRIVE to wisconsin first. straight thru. tomorrow morning. not so exciting. and its probably gonna be in a molester van. i cant drive those. but...at least maybe not a huge uhaul truck? anyways...so 26ish hour drive...then 3 days in chicago and fly back...i think. ive

Hahaha, but you don't even like going down to processing!

I was feeling pretty excited, and confident about the specialist position opening. When I found out that Linda was posting it on the job fair, though, my heart was broken, and I feel like giving up. I can't help but take this personally. There were two openings, with two people, who have a great deal of knowledge in the Classification operations, applying. Apparently, we weren't good enough. And this hurts.

Hope you have a good time on your trip. Bring a jacket! Trust me.

haha yeah i will take one. it looks like it will be nice while we're there at least. not freezing. but im sure it will be windy...being the "windy city" and all : P

yeah i dont know why they kept it open. i dont know why they always insist on hiring from the outside when everyone that works up there already knows what theyre doing. i just need the money. and that would be nice : ) but i havent even put in a memo yet. so who knows. have fun without me at work this weekend! dont nap too long ; P
