i think of nights as a teenager, a senior in high school, high on mushrooms lying on a driveway at 1am and picking out the constellations we know. me and a boy, connecting over nothing important but our souls are melting together and that's so different today. now every second matters because i am now aware of this immortality thing. i am no longer invincible. a million of those nights just like that one on the driveway with that particular boy, they happened and they don't matter. all we have is now.
