Started really concentrating on softball now. Tournament at the end of the month. Rawr. I'm petty psyched. Everyone has named me "Mouth" and.. well.. it's fitting. I've got this great way of getting batters all flustered with my constant ramblings and I talk to myself behind the plate to keep from being bored. Orientation for my new job this week. We get paid to take a tour of the facilillily... (It's a "Cable Guy" thing... no, I didn't spell it wrong by mistake..) Took Noa to his first day of daycare this morning. Kinda emotional. He's so cute.
The thing with Loren and I.. we're doing surprisingly well.
I have so much to look forward to! Keely's coming down in a couple weeks, Rachel in a month.. Nelly concert in a month & a half. PLUS, I'll be making a mess of cash so I can go on a shopping spree once our bills are all paid off.
This weekend was awesome. We attended Erika's fourth birthday party at the bowling alley and I did surprisingly well. Didn't get pissed off that I got a couple gutter balls (which I normally do) and kept my lead in front of the girls (even surpassing Brittany) after that, we went to Jeff's for Dave's b-day bash and played King's Cup until everyone was smashed out of the gourd. Good times, good times. Nick crashed at our house on Friday night (which was nice) and I got to watch Darkness and Blade: Trinity. All I can say for darkness was.. that movie's just a jumbled mess of a crap storyline that made no sense whatsoever. Blade, I was fairly satisfied with. Of course it had the almost exact ending (Big Bad kills off a lot of people, Blade and Co. go hunting for them, big Blade vs. Big Bad fight, ends with the enigmatic storyline for the fourth movie). It was overall entertaining. Ryan Reynolds is hot and Parker Posey kinda freaked me out. (Anyone else used to seeing her in Dazed and Confused? "Air raid, Freshman." Ha.)
