So, Noa's father got arrested for Residential Burglary this afternoon. My son was in the car (thankfully asleep for the whole thing) and was escorted to the police station. I got a call at work and went 80 trying to get there to pick him up.

He won't be seeing Noa for a long time. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
