The host which has been extremely generous for being a friend-of a no-longer-friend had a hard drive failure. Im looking for a new host, but in the meantime incase you guys had anything important uploaded there, you were sent 2 800mb files which constitute the entirety of the webspace. this probably means a lot more to people like chaz, christian and I, because we had a lot of personal work and time invested in it.

No reason to say that in such a condescending way. You didn't offer any explanation at first, so he had a good reason to approach it in that manner.

that was in no way condescending
