On How I'm One Step Closer To Being A Homeowner

Just over a week ago I got pre-approved for a home loan.

Two days later I was out with a Realtor looking at houses.

Three days after that I looked at one property for the second time.

Yesterday my parents were in town and we went to look at the house for a third time.

Today I made an offer.

Let the fun begin.

Thats awesome! I remember the feeling of fear in the pit of my stomach when I had decided on having my place built. Could I really afford it? Is this really what I want? You are lucky though...after I was 'pre-approved' - it took me the better part of 5 months to find a place and TONS of trips with my realtor. There were so many things I wanted in a place and I thought I'd never find it. Then I did - and I knew I was getting read to spend a huge wad of cash. It made me almost sick with fear and excitement! Glad you found a place bud! You need to take pictures and show them to us!
