[[Private to Self // Unhackable]]

A sudden arrival to a strange, twisted version of Manhattan and everything becomes... complicated.  Forced to be careful, and therefore forced to be complacent.

Bruce-Wayne-by-day and Bruce-Wayne-by-night.

Feigning ignorance at all sides is already becoming tiresome and frustrating, and I can't help but wonder how ( Read more... )

While it may not be a permanent solution, I suspect a number of people will continue to live at Madison Square Garden for a while, as our infirmary and remaining food supplies are there and all. You're welcome to come.

I was actually kind of hoping for a place to myself.

What, no apartments of the penthouse variety? Guess I shouldn't complain.

I'll keep that in mind, and you'll probably see me around.

Where have you been living? The street?

Do I look suicidal to you?

I think it's really cool! Me and my dad have lived in the same apartment my whole life, and we almost never went anywhere.

It's like a vacation!

...Vacations are usually considered pleasant, though. I don't know if this would count.

I guess it's all how you look at it. You see, I have a theory that we where all brought here in order to save this world! You know, like a quest!

Now I finally get to fulfill my lifelong dream of being a warrior!

That's both an interesting theory and a pretty tall order.

...warrior? I hope you don't plan on running out into the streets intent on slaying crabs anytime soon.

Once I get my ass off this computer and figure out what to do for the rest of my Manhattany life, I sure will.

I think I'll survive, in the meantime.

You too? The real estate business here must be booming.

Well, most of us were unexpectedly evicted by our landlady last week. Means we have to break open the classifieds again. Lucky for us housing prices are at an all time low.

Wonderful. With that kind of optimistic spin, I'll have a place to call my own in no time flat.
