They took the guy who is in charge of fema out of new orleans. Some people want him completely removed from FEMA all together. I say go for it

deffinetly, i think they should hand it over to red cross, there doing a hell of a job over there. the coastguard ran themselves raged as well... but the army and FEMA just diddent cut it!
