Having a therapeutic rant in a survey about NHS 'Choose' and Book.

"Did you know you have a choice of hospitals to be referred to?" Yes/No/Don't Know

Well there's only one hospital that is currently offering appropriate clinics in all of London, so that's not really a choice.

Maybe a reference to the Accessible Information Standard that they need to provide a staffed human read inbox to deal with these kinds of queries for those of us who using phones is difficult...
