I remember a lot of things. Ask mom...I remember days at daycare from when I was one year old like they happened yesterday.
At times, it's awesome to remember back so far so clear. But at others...it's a freaking curse.
For instance, when I was still the only child, or when Alan was still a baby and Gary still treated me like a son. When it felt like

I understand what you mean man, and I never really knew about Gary like that. You never told me the good side of him much. But I know what you mean. To loose your family and have your life pretty much break down around you until you are standing on one rock, that seems a million miles wide, but is in reality a step. With nothing around you. I'm praying for you and hope that everything will work out well, and that nothing bad will happen to you or Gary.

i'm not good with the whole "talking you through" aspect, but i do know how this effects you. seeing you everyday, there's just something about you that hints it. nothing bad, i mean it may just be that i know what's going on, but i love you, bro.

Sorry I haven't been in touch lately. I got a promotion and I actually have work to do now. The other job was just showing up so I had lots of time.
I'm sorry you were affected so deeply by my divorce. I really miss having everyone at my house for all of the occassions. I have invited everyone for all of the holidays since I left but since I live so far away not many come.
This year Thanksgiving is at our Chalet in Sky Valley, GA. I have invited everyone so feel free to join us. The Chalet sleeps 8 and I have made reservations a the Dillard House for dinner. Sorry, I'm not cooking that day (except some snacks, deserts, you know stuff). Let me know if you are coming so I can include you in the reservations.
I will call you this weekend to see how you are doing.
I love you,
Aunt Di
