It's winter break! I left school early and went out for sushi with friends and when I got home, I realized just how tired I was. It's been really stressful and I'm glad to have some time off. I have the first draft for a huge term project to do and lots of tests when I get back to school though. I really don't feel like I have time for everything ( Read more... )

Must watch past series 1! So sad it was cancelled, IT WAS A SHOW WITH DINOSAURS, WHAT UUUUUUP. And sooo pretty.

Oh, from what I just read BBC renewed it for 2 more series with 2011 as the air date. So more dinosaurs! :)

Awwwww. In my mind, Adam just went off and got a happy ending, haha. I couldn't deal with it.
Oh we should discuss it! I watched up to like season 6 during the summer and really liked it even though dealing with constant character deaths is hard.

I did a quick google and it's coming back, apparently. SFX says series 5 in 2011 and then another series?

I guess Stephen needed to hook up with Helen but Abby/Stephen were so cute. Shame.

It is such a pretty show. I found myself being really impressed with a) it's character development, b) the team chemistry, c) how awesome the women were and d) how it handled people leaving - although Stephen leaving was super sad because of why James had/wanted to leave.

I remember being kind of sad that they had moved to the ARC so suddenly because I liked them being this small monster hunting gang but damn, the ARC has such pretty bright blue colors, it really made the show prettier.

I think this show does really well with team chemistry too. Yeah, I like how it treats women as well. There's a big contrast between women like Jenny/Claudia/Abby and Helen/Christina but you can't deny that they're strong.

Why did James leave?
