Sometimes, but mostly Cooling Degree Days (CDDs) and Heating Degree Days (HDDs). I did sell a temperature/precip combo for ConAgra once, though...apparently its really bad for corn if its above 90°F for an extended period of time *and* rains a certain number of days in Des Moines. Who knew?
