You're making me think of Wooster and Jeeves, though some of it doesn't fit.

The last time an idea wouldn't leave me alone I wound up writing old man almost-porn.

It was worth it, even if I had to whine to my f-list to get anyone to admit reading it... XD

...Hahahaha, oh man, I can actually see how that would ping Wooster and Jeeves! The fandom's actually Lost Odyssey. I only have three sections left, but I'm stuck on this epic, five part, timed battle. :/ Also, I'm back to being scared to finish because if my two favorite characters don't live Happily Ever After together, I don't know how I'm going to take it.

It's awful when fic ideas don't go away! Especially fics you had no intention of writing. I joke a lot about the pairing, but due to the coercion and Bad Touch issues inherent to it....ah well, once I write it, it shall leave me alone!
