Isn't there a word that means what prick-tease means, but which I, female, could apply to a bloke?

According to the Urban Dictionary, there's no such word: 'No term today exists for the male who leads a woman to expect sexual satisfaction but fails to satisfy her.'

The absence of such a word clearly indicates to me that women don't need men to 'satisfy' them. Yay reverse sexism.
