well i got the same thing. :) i think it just means that you choose which things to care about and devote your energy to rather than stressing over everything. and i wanted a third choice on a lot of the questions.

i've only heard of type a and type b personalities, and it looks like they're using the + and - to describe variations of them. still, it could be fun to take the quiz again giving different answers just to see what happens.
