Ohh, sorry to hear about your rotten day... I can't say I've ever gotten into a screaming match with my mom, but we've certainly had some epic arguments. I know what you mean about stress piling and piling like that though-though usually when that happened to me I would just refuse to get out of bed for an entire day or something lol... But you definitely need an occasional break and/or emotional release. I hardly ever cry, but sometimes, I'll just sit down and cry for about 20 minutes for no good reason... And feel much better for it afterwards...
Thanks. Yup, I do that on occasion too. But crying usually gives me a headache so I just settle for seething in my room. Yesterday though, I kinda lost it. I didn't scream at her per se, rather, I stomped through the whole house screaming the whole way.
I feel bad about it now though and wish I hadn't. My mom and I get into the pettiest of arguments, which is stupid if you think about it. I don't know if she does that just to grate on my nerves or if she's really oblivious to it.
Aw I'm sorry. I have had some disputes with my mom, but I have never yelled at her. I'd rather avoid it because she's kind of a emotional person and would probably end up crying. But yeah, after all the stress you have been accumulating I can understand how you felt. Just yelling at the world might be good sometimes, when you don't have another way to release your emotions.
Well, sometimes just crying helps me feel better. Sometimes it isn't enough and I'll feel kind of down for a while. Occasionally I'll cry for no special reason and laugh at how silly I am.
Yup, sometimes the stress is too much and my hobbies aren't enough to distract me from it anymore.
I completely understand you amdeloag. I cry for no reason at all sometimes too, other than believing that I need to let the tears out once in a while. Crazy, huh? My mom and I are dandy now, and surprisingly, I'm in a really good mood following my meltdown last Saturday evening.
