I'm mostly just writing this for my own reference. Due to associated brain fog I often forget what's normal for a vertigo attack. Right now I know that this is NOT normal and want to log it in case I ever have to explain it to a specialist

i was going to suggest cutting the end off a plastic straw, but the end of a pencil sounds good too.

Actually that's a good idea. The eraser case is a little bit too wide and rigid. It worked great for an hour last night but then it just fell out. Going straw hunting....
