That's Kanji from Persona 4. Kanji is a badass who loves to sew, but he's also queer, and his as-yet-undetermined sexuality is kind of a plot point in the game.

"FROSTING!" comes from the PG-rated version of 300 on Youtube. "TONIGHT, WE DINE IN HECK!"

on another note, in case you haven't heard about this already:"American Psycho" is Bret Easton Ellis' story of a sadistic murderer. "Unfriendly Fire" is a well-reviewed empirical analysis of military policy. But it's "Unfriendly Fire" that does not have a sales rank -- which means it would not show up in Amazon's bestseller lists, even if it sold more copies than the Twilight series. In some cases, being de-ranked also means being removed from Amazon's search results ( ... )

Persona is the very definition of niche series. It is offbeat and wow.

And my blood is beginning to boil at this Amazon thing. It just now turned up on The Consumerist as well.
