I had noticed that, actually! This mash-up confirms. But "Tik Tok" predates "California Gurls" (yes, it is spelled with a "u") by a while, which is well, since I prefer Ke$ha to Katy Perry.

Perry offends my feminist sensibilities in basically every song. Ke$ha just delights me with her vulgarity.
