oh lawd,
Do I have to get a tumblr?
I feel like I have to finally bend and get a tumblr. My process, as it stands, is to just bookmark every post that I love

I have a vast wilderness of bookmarks. I have so many bookmarks that I have been relegated to using an unsorted bookmarks 'Library'. Which is a misnomer because THERE IS NO ORDER. It is awful. It feels eerily like hoarding, because I can't just delete a bookmark..WHAT IF I NEED IT?!?!
In other news,
srsly Teen Wolf. I've been officially brain ninja'd and want all the things. Also, the potential for a NHL Lockout is hurting every bone in my body. October was far enough away alright, this lockout looming like a looming thing is not helping!
I have about three stories on the go right now, one of which is a fix it for Snow White and the Huntsman because
liviapenn is amazing and is letting me run with her idea.
I have recs, because when do I not, but I feel like most of them are out of date because I was so late to the TW party.
If it were socially acceptable (read: physically possible) I would roll around in
idyll 's
(Sacred) In the Ordinary because people, this is some well written business right here. This reminds me of Cassandra Clare's Draco Trilogy in how the author has taken the canon characters and just opened them up for the reader. There's no feeling of suddenly seeing all these 'new' characteristics or personality traits in the characters, it's more like the character is a paper crane and the author is unfolding it for you, showing you the bits inside that make up the whole. Every time something is revealed there is no 'where did that come from' it's purely 'well of course'. There's only one chapter left and if your looking for something to cuddle up with, this is that story.
I also really loved reading
Unspoken by
sori . Something about Derek in this is so settled, it makes me think of all the tumblr crying that's happened lately about just wanting Derek to have a good day. This story feels like Derek's Good Day, because there's a certainty and a confidence in Stiles that bleeds out at you while you're reading it. Even though it's from Stiles' POV, and he's mostly putting pieces together throughout the thing, he's also not? Because they both already know, they just need to know they know...you know? That makes no sense... just read the story
